<p>Finally, there are some abs and core exercises you can perform to develop the abs muscles.  These are not just your typical crunches.  Here, you want to work your abs from a variety of different angles in five to ten minute sessions, two to three times a week.  Some effective exercises include hanging leg raises, reverse crunches, abs bicycles, plank holds and stability ball crunches.</p>

<p>1. <strong>Consult with your doctor</strong>: Before you start walking on a regular basis, I would recommend you visit your doctor. Your doctor will be able to structure a regular walking schedule for you based on your current health situation. Your doctor might also recommend some other activities for you besides walking.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Track your steps</strong>: Simply walking is not enough; if you walk just five steps one day and fifty steps on another, then you won&#8217;t know how many steps you actually need to walk to maintain your target body weight. For this reason, it’s a good idea to use a <strong><a title="Use A Pedometer To Track Your Steps" href="http://intenzathletix.com/physical-activity/pedometers-a-simple-solution-to-a-complex-problem/">pedometer</a></strong>. It is actually quite affordable and will measure the number of steps you take each day.</p>
<p>As you check your daily walking stats, you will want to increase the number of steps you take periodically to facilitate ongoing cardiovascular health and fat burning.</p>

But with the right mix of diet and exercise, a flat stomach can be achieved. <p>Regular physical activity is needed to stimulate our body to maintain a high degree of metabolic activity. Doing this type of training in on-again, off-again bursts, and then allowing the muscles to rest and recover also shakes up the intensity of the workout. Repeating this cycle a few times will jumpstart our muscles and get them hungrier for more fuel to get through the workout.</p>
<p>But the challenge doesn&#8217;t end here. To be truly effective in obtaining a flat stomach, you must reduce your intake of high-fat, nutrient dense foods. Your diet should include healthy, high-fiber and low-sugar whole foods such as lean protein (lean beef, chicken, &amp; fish), colorful fruits &amp; vegetables (oranges, apples, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, broccoli, peppers, asparagus, and the list goes on!), nuts (almonds, cashews, &amp; walnuts), and whole grains (oatmeal and multi-grain bread).</p>

Cooper&#8217;s ligaments are fine, hair-like connective tissues that hold the breast up. Once stretched, those once perky breasts will NOT bounce back. Rather, they will sag forever.</p>
<p>Any woman who participates in even regular exercise should invest in a sports bra. During vigorous exercises, a breast can move more than 8 inches: up, down, side-to-side, in-and-out. Yet most women who exercise on a regular basis are not wearing sports bras despite the fact that a sports bra will reduce stress on the ligaments and help delay the onset of sagging breasts.</p>
<p>If you are thinking that your ordinary, everyday bra will do, you couldn&#8217;t be further from the truth. A new study by British researchers suggest that most bras won&#8217;t give women the support they need. In fact, researcher Joanna Scurr, PhD, of the University of Portsmouth, found that breasts move in three dimensions and current bra designs are inadequate to protect against damage to breast ligaments and breast pain.</p>
