The book is admittedly short and most of the information is mostly common sense. However, I found the book worth it simply for the many workout routines that it describes. I've been using them for weeks and have seen results, but you must ACTUALLY DO all the exercises, not give up halfway through the workout as many do because they're "too hard". The fact is that if you start at the beginning you will be so tired at the end of your workout that you won't even think about doubting the info in the book ... It may be possible to find all of this information elsewhere on the web (what can't be found?); however, I have NEVER been given an example where I could find it all.
