Exercise Tip: Workout At Home

There are a number of exercises you can do at home. For example, you can perform body weight exercises like pushups, pullups, crunches, squats, and lunges. You can add weight to these exercises using dumbbells, or if you don’t want to do that, elastic exercise bands are inexpensive and easy to use.
For cardio exercise, you can jump rope, or get an exercise video. You can have a good home exercise program with an exercise video and some elastic exercise bands. One of my favorites is Billy Blank’s Bootcamp Elite. Check out a snippet of his workout below.
